Finally bucked up and decided to do a public RPG again. I intend to use Rosario Dawson as Pepper Potts. I’ve been met with extreme hostility, and the game hasn’t even been advertized yet. Maybe I’m not ready to write with zealots and be judged by racist fanatics who talk about people behind their backs and behave treacherously. Marvel has enough redheads. And comic characters swap ethnicities all the time. I had no idea Pepper and Gwyneth were so important that they couldn’t be altered or tampered with. For shame! It’s crazy - like a black Nick Fury, or a Latino Spider-Man! *gasp!*
Annual Holiday RPG Fail
It’s amazing how my writing comes to a halt during the holidays every year without hesitation. I blame good food and gifts and travel - the things that don’t usually happen all year, a fact which we’re trying to escape with RPGs in the first place. :D Give a writer some hot food and new socks, and their muses curl up and take naps. So, fellow writers, post your hiatuses and take your breaks and let your muses have some pie. Unless, of course, you’re completely bored and/or inspired. In which case, tell me your secrets. XD
